You will help build management routines, own end-to-end reporting deliverables, and drive strategic projects, collaborating with senior leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of business management or relevant experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience preparing executive level communications and presentations.
• Exceptional prioritization skills - ability to prioritize multiple short-term tasks and long-term projects.
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strategic thinking and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Create executive level presentations using PitchPro+.
• Coordinate the creation of monthly business review packages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop executive communications and senior-management level reporting.
• Design and drive adoption of best practices.
• Drive the completion of high-impact special projects.
• Drive Project Management and ongoing tracking of follow ups and risks.
• Create and maintain the infrastructure needed to support a new organization (Teams sites, onboarding guides, confluence pages).
