Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and design programs to meet them.
• Select materials and delivery methods for various formats.
• Maintain production of guides, videos, and other content.
• Conduct training sessions and present content to learners.
• Schedule classes and coordinate enrollment.
• Track participation and maintain training logs.
• Evaluate calls and provide performance feedback for improvement.
• Travel to different locations to train on applications and processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
