Job summary

You will deliver training programs, onboard new employees, maintain training records, and partner with operational leaders to build workforce capability as we expand to a second production shift. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of relevant learning, training, education, or workforce development experience.
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Education, L&D, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant learning, training, workforce development, or education experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on training for manufacturing staff.
- Deliver compliance, technical, operational, and leadership training.
- Support onboarding and workforce development initiatives.
- Coordinate training schedules, enrollment, attendance, and reporting.
- Maintain audit-ready training records using LMS tools.
- Analyze training participation and effectiveness metrics.
- Prepare training reports and dashboards with Excel.
- Develop and update lesson plans and training materials.
- Partner with HR, Operations, Safety, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Support deployment across multiple shifts and locations.
