Job summary

Morguard is seeking a Training Specialist to support the Residential Training team across our portfolio. The role focuses on updating the Learning Management System, coordinating new hire training, and assisting with special projects.

This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in Training/Development and requires adherence to fair housing and landlord-tenant laws. Responsibilities include maintaining training calendars, updating LMS records, onboarding new hires, and producing regular

Qualifications

BS/BA in HR, education, business, marketing or equivalent years of experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal relationship management, diligent follow through and ability to work independently.
Experience with property management software or LMS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Build, post and distribute training schedules and calendars; organize area training sessions.
Maintain monthly training calendar and post in Agora; follow up with attendees.
Create and update training guides and videos; align materials to department standards.
Coordinate new hire onboarding with HR, Community Managers, and Training Manager; track progress.
Audit and update the LMS; resolve password issues, registrations, and generate reports.
