Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine training materials, coach employees, and ensure learning outcomes align with KPIs. Expect up to 50% travel and hands-on training across properties.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years training or instructional design in multifamily real estate or hospitality.
• 3–4 years multifamily property management, leasing, or operations.
• 1–2 years coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales.
• 1–2 years developing training materials and LMS experience.
• 1–2 years experience with LMS or CMS OnePage or similar CMS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training programs across in-person, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Administer training logistics, enrollment, and facilities.
• Support acquisitions and openings with training scoping.
• Develop and update training materials with stakeholders.
• Build partnerships with regional leaders and managers.
• Lead Week 2 onboarding training for new Property Managers and track progress.
• Track training completion and reporting.
