Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to design, deliver, and manage employee training ensuring understanding across our affordable housing platforms. You will develop curricula, coordinate third‑party sessions, and administer our LMS to support a growing team.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to present to groups, with travel up to 25% for on-site education events. A background in housing programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience delivering trainings and webinars to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of affordable housing industry practices is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training to new and existing employees.
• Create and refine training materials and collateral.
• Coordinate third‑party training sessions and LMS administration.
• Upload and assign content in the LMS for staff.
• Develop presentations and multimedia content for trainings.
• Onboard new employees and manage onboarding processes.
• Travel to remote properties for education events as needed.
