Job Overview: As a Training Specialist, you will develop and execute training curricula to ensure employees are equipped to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role involves creating and improving training resources, including Virtual and Instructor-Led Training modules, SOPs, job aids, assessments, and supporting program activities. You will also identify opportunities to enhance training materials based on effectiveness and organizational needs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Track training attendance and course completion for required and elective programs.
- Assign coursework in the University platform and follow up on completion, including virtual sessions and compliance deadlines.
- Coordinate recurring virtual training sessions and manage attendance tracking.
- Support the creation and maintenance of learning paths, training plans, and training materials.
- Communicate training updates and system enhancements to associates and leaders.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team for process improvements.
- Assist associates pursuing industry certifications, organizing study groups, and maintaining records.
- Administer SharePoint and coordinate in-house courses and online learning opportunities.
- Support data collection and reporting for training audits and leadership requests.
- Provide logistical support for instructor-led sessions and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in learning & development or training support.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Windows.
- Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting, standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and mobility around the office and property.
- Valid driver’s license for local travel.
- Extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually.
