What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical training on industrial refrigeration products and best practices to customers
- Develop and maintain training curriculum and presentation materials in collaboration with stakeholders
- Identify business needs and design training programs that ensure effective learning
- Update and manage training materials on the company’s learning management system
- Act as a subject matter expert in industrial refrigeration equipment, controls, and operations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of technical experience in Industrial Refrigeration Controls, Equipment, and/or system operation
- Strong aptitude for computer skills
- Ability to develop effective presentations
- Proficiency in explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel 25-50% for customer training and industry trade shows
