Strategic Account Manager – Creative Staffing (East Coast | Remote)

$100K Base + Uncapped Commission/Benefits | $200K OTE | East Coast-Based | DC Preferred

Are you a relationship-first, revenue-hungry staffing pro who speaks fluent agency? If you’ve successfully partnered with powerhouse advertising clients like Publicis, IPG, or Omnicom—and know how to drive revenue through deep account development—this one’s for you.

We’re seeking a Strategic Account Manager or Director to manage and expand a thriving digital media/advertising book of business, with a heavy focus on strategic account growth. You’ll be working with a high-value client (with a strong MSA already in place), as well as growing business with top-tier advertising agencies, placing high-impact creative and technical talent on a contract basis—no full-time perm placement here.

Who You Are:

• Seasoned staffing professional (5–20 years) with a strong background in creative, marketing, or advertising staffing.
• You’ve worked agency-side or placed talent into agencies—think Beacon Hill, KForce Creative, 24 Seven, Onward Search, etc.
• You’re fluent in the fast-paced language of advertising and media, with a sharp eye for client needs and a proven track record of growing major accounts.
• Bonus points if you're DC-based or can visit once a month.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and grow an established high-profile advertising account anchored with a strong MSA.
• Develop deep client relationships while continuously hunting for new business opportunities.
• Serve as a consultative partner, offering staffing solutions that deliver real creative and technical firepower to agency clients.
• Partner with a high-performing delivery team while driving strategy, upsell, and expansion.

This is a remote-first East Coast role with one monthly in-person visit to DC. You'll be joining a tight-knit team—poised to dominate a niche space most staffing firms only dream about.
