What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical training to the employer’s industrial refrigeration customer base on proper utilization of products and industry best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain technical training curriculum and presentation materials.
- Identify business needs, design training, and ensure effective learning delivery to audiences of various sizes.
- Update and manage training materials on the company learning management system.
- Investigate new opportunities and develop impactful and inventive training programs.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5+ years of technical experience in industrial refrigeration controls, equipment, and/or system operation.
- Strong aptitude for computer skills.
- Ability to develop effective presentations.
- Proficiency in explaining concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to travel 25-50% for customer training and industry trade shows.
