Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a Training Specialist (WF Development Specialist 1) – Contractor to support a global technology leader’s Workforce Development Team in Boise, ID. This full-time contract position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals passionate about training, documentation, and organizational excellence.

The role will administer and update training materials within the LMS, collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy, and maintain training records and documentation systems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least 2 years of experience writing technical documentation for new systems, equipment, or processes (semiconductor industry preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Comfortable learning and using new technology platforms and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on documentation change requests to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

Kelly is seeking a Training Specialist to support a global technology leader’s Workforce Development Team in Boise, ID. This full-time contract position is ideal for detail‑oriented professionals passionate about training, documentation, and organizational excellence.

Training Specialist (WF Development Specialist 1)

Location : Boise, ID (8000 S. Federal Way, Boise, ID 83716)

Start Date : September 1, 2026

End Date : March 31, 2027

Work Arrangement : Full-Time Contract | Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)

Travel Required : None – must work onsite at Boise location

Visa Sponsorship : Not Available

Responsibilities
