Hybrid Model: 3 days on-site / 2 days remote (after training period)

The Training System Specialist acts as the primary resource for administrative support related to Training & Enablement systems. You will collaborate across various teams—including Training & Development Managers, Trainers, field personnel, and customers—to ensure efficient system operations, compliance, and user satisfaction. This role is integral for driving effective processes and continuous improvement in our learning technology environment.
You will consult on all process, operational, and system-related training requests. Partnering with key stakeholders, you’ll provide insights, resolve issues, and elevate when necessary. The ideal candidate excels in system administration and thrives in a collaborative environment, championing best practices that align with the organization’s training and development strategy.
This position requires a highly skilled professional comfortable with complex problem solving, analysis, and process improvement initiatives. You will contribute to special projects as needed and showcase your expertise in platforms like ServiceNow, Learning Management Systems (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors), Learning Experience Platforms, and Google Suite.
