You will drive implementation planning, readiness, and cross-team coordination to ensure successful rollout and organizational adoption. The role demands extensive experience in complex technology implementations, stakeholder engagement, and governance within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 11+ years in project implementation, PM, or related fields.
• Experience developing and executing implementation and communication plans.
• Leadership in large-scale technology or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide change management, implementation, and training.
• Experience coordinating activities across technical, business, and vendor teams.
• Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for a major statewide system modernization.
• Develop and maintain implementation and communication plans.
• Coordinate readiness activities across teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with project management, OCM, training, technical teams, and vendors.
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure resolution.
• Facilitate meetings and status reviews.
• Define acceptance criteria for milestones and deployment phases.
• Oversee pilot implementations and statewide rollout.
• Ensure training and communications before deployment.
