Job summary

International is seeking a Project Manager Lead - Non Tech to guide CAD/PDM training and learning content for engineers in Lisle, IL. You will facilitate instructor-led sessions, develop materials, and partner with global experts to ensure practical, job-ready guidance.

You will also drive onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across countries to deliver effective training using modern tools, reports, and learning platforms, with growing ownership

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD/PDM or similar engineering systems.
• Experience delivering training, workshops, or presentations.
• Strong ability to explain technical topics clearly.
• Ability to create clear PowerPoint materials and learn new tools.
• Experience with e-learning tools, AI, Power BI, or Power Apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CAD/PDM training: lead instructor-led courses in classroom and virtual settings.
• Plan learning sessions: coordinate schedules, environments, and communications.
• Create and improve content: develop training materials and e-learning content.
