Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project/program management experience.
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of project/program management experience.
• At least 5 years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CAD/PDM training: Prepare and facilitate instructor-led courses in classroom and virtual settings.
• Plan effective learning sessions: Coordinate schedules, agendas, training environments, presentations, exercises, demonstrations, and participant communications.
• Create and improve learning content: Develop, update, and simplify PowerPoint-based training materials and e-learning content for CAD/PDM and other internal engineering systems.
• Support learners and stakeholders: Listen to learner and stakeholder needs, identify areas of confusion, and adapt training or follow-up support.
• Advance modern learning solutions: Contribute to AI-enabled learning, modern e-learning tools, Power BI reporting, Power Apps, learning experience platforms, and improved training follow-up.
• Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues and partners across countries and time zones.
• Build expertise and ownership: Learn new systems, processes, and course content with guidance and take ownership of delivery.
