Job summary

Davis Wire Corporation seeks a Technical Training Manager to lead technical training and workforce development across MPG. You will assess training needs, develop, implement, and continuously improve programs to build the technical skills required to support current operations and future workforce needs.

You will work with plant leadership, subject matter experts, HR, and other L&D leaders to ensure programs are practical, measurable, and aligned with priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Strong presentation, group facilitation and public speaking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence, consult and partner with various audiences.

Responsibilities

• Leads technical training and workforce development across MPG.
• Assesses training needs with site leadership and HR to identify skill gaps.
• Designs and implements technical training programs and materials.
• Delivers training and conducts train‑the‑trainer sessions.
• Tracks training participation and measures effectiveness.
