Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Technical Instructional Design Manager to lead development and coordination of training for Reliability & Maintenance Engineering technicians. You’ll design in-person, virtual, and online learning, train-the-trainer content, and on-job-training components, applying adult learning theory and best practices to meet strategic business needs.

You will partner with SMEs and project leads, leverage AI to accelerate content, and ensure scalable, high-quality training

Qualifications

• Background or experience with Reliability and Maintenance Engineering training/ L&D highly preferred.
• Ability to connect well with people in different roles, including in maintenance, operations, engineering, and corporate support roles.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and design software, especially WorkDay, Articulate; ability to learn and assimilate to new ones as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with SMEs and project leads to design technical learning aligned with skill gaps.
• Utilizes adult learning theory to craft teachable content for field technicians.
• Leverages AI tools to accelerate curriculum development while maintaining brand voice.
