Job summary

International Motors, LLC seeks a Project Manager Lead - Non Tech to drive CAD/PDM training and learning initiatives across global teams. You will design sessions, deliver instructor-led and virtual courses, and streamline content with SMEs to boost practical skills and confidence in engineering systems.

The role emphasizes learning new technologies, translating complex topics into actionable guidance, and taking increasing ownership of course delivery and improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project/program management experience.
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of project/program management experience.
• At least 5 years of project/program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver CAD/PDM training: Prepare and facilitate instructor-led courses in classroom and virtual settings; explain concepts, demonstrate workflows, and engage learners.
• Plan effective learning sessions: Coordinate schedules, agendas, training environments, and communications for successful delivery.
• Create and improve learning content: Develop/update PowerPoint materials and e-learning content for CAD/PDM; collaborate with global SMEs.
• Support learners and stakeholders: Listen to needs, identify confusion, adapt training and provide follow-up support.
• Advance modern learning solutions: Contribute to AI-enabled learning, modern e-learning tools, Power BI reporting, and learning platforms.
• Collaborate globally: Work with colleagues across countries/time zones; share information and maintain progress remotely.
• Build expertise and ownership: Learn systems, gradually own course delivery and gain confidence in facilitation.
