Job summary

QinetiQ US in Washington, DC seeks a Business Process Analyst to develop and deliver training for a tasking and correspondence system at the National Guard Bureau. You will build training materials, guides, and continuity documentation and prepare staff to execute their responsibilities.

This role focuses on curricula design, onboarding, and ongoing content updates to reflect current procedures, tools, and lessons learned, with opportunities to interact with senior military and civilian staff.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience developing training programs, SOPs, workflow documentation, and workforce development initiatives.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, ATD, CPTD, instructional design, adult learning, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training curricula and materials for recurring staff training programs.
• Deliver instruction and technical editing during onboarding and annual training events.
• Develop and deliver instructional content and oral presentations for executive-level writing and communication training.
• Review training materials for accuracy, clarity, and formatting.
• Support onboarding of new personnel and maintain rosters of workflow contacts.
• Develop and maintain continuity documentation, business rules, and reference materials.
