Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of official policy issuances from staffing through approval, including compliance reviews.
• Create and track review tasks for periodic revalidation.
• Review issuances to confirm staffing and procedural requirements are met.
• Consolidate feedback from multiple stakeholders and propose resolutions for leadership approval.
• Maintain an inventory of policy issuances and flag items out of compliance.
• Produce recurring status reports on the issuance program and staffing progress.
• Conduct annual analytical reviews to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop SOPs governing policy-staffing processes and related references.
• Deliver recurring training on policy and issuance procedures.
• Provide guidance to staff to meet deadlines and coordinate process improvements.
• Support staff training with materials, registrations, and reference aids.
• Participate in policy-development workgroups with subject-matter expertise.
