Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Business Process Analyst to design and deliver training for staff working with a tasking and correspondence system at the National Guard Bureau. You will build curricula, create guides, and draft continuity materials to support operations and staff development.

You will lead onboarding and ongoing training events, ensure materials are accurate and well-formatted, and maintain reference materials used by staff across programs.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience in detailed requirements analysis, process documentation, and user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training curricula and materials for recurring staff training programs.
• Deliver instruction and technical editing expertise during onboarding and annual training events.
• Develop instructional content and oral presentations for executive-level writing and communication training.
• Review training materials for accuracy, clarity, and formatting.
• Support onboarding of new personnel and maintain rosters of workflow points of contact.
• Maintain continuity documentation and reference materials; update post-training content.
