Job summary

QinetiQ US is hiring a Management Analyst to oversee the lifecycle of official policy issuances at the National Guard Bureau, from drafting through review and retirement. You will track compliance, staff new and revised policy, and keep the policy library current and well-governed.

Responsibilities include managing staffing, reconciling stakeholder feedback, and delivering training on policy and issuance procedures, with a focus on continuous process improvement and leadership coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience supporting executive-level operations, governance, and policy management.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical issues and present findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of official policy issuances from drafting through staffings and approvals.
• Create and track review tasks for issuances requiring periodic revalidation.
• Review issuances for staffing and procedural compliance before final approval.
• Coordinate feedback from multiple stakeholders and propose resolutions for leadership approval.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of policy issuances and flag compliance gaps.
• Produce recurring status reports on the issuance program and deadlines.
• Provide training on policy and issuance procedures.
