Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in workflow analysis and process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (minimum).
• ACKMP certification required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and identify inefficiencies in task-management systems.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, business rules, and data-collection methods.
• Lead or support working groups for SOPs and business-rules documents.
• Provide procedural guidance to staff and coordinate system/process improvements.
• Perform quality-control review of requests and approvals against leadership controls.
• Maintain continuity standards and train staff as processes evolve.
• Build and maintain electronic recordkeeping and backups for the agency’s systems.
• Ensure compliance with records-management regulations and manage metadata.
• Provide guidance to leadership and maintain a knowledge library of best practices.
• Manage and improve collaboration-site content and knowledge-management capabilities.
• Summarize legislative and audit activity for senior leadership decisions.
• Develop proposals for solutions to complex organizational issues.
• Consolidate recurring status reports and updates for organization-wide distribution.
