Job summary

CETUSA in Louisville invites you to join our internship/trainee program at a modern hotel. You will train across front office operations, reservations, and guest registration while learning brand standards and how to upsell services.

Open to hospitality or tourism management students or recent graduates; fluent English is required. The program runs 32–40 hours weekly with a pay of $15–$17 per hour. Housing is provided for two weeks; start between October and December 2026.

Qualifications

• Interns must be hospitality or tourism management students or recent grads within 12 months of graduation.
• Trainee applicants must have a degree or professional certificate from a foreign institution and 1 year of related work experience overseas or 5+ years in the field.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Friendly, outgoing, organized, self-reliant, efficient; computer skills expected.

• To apply for the Internship program, applicants must be hospitality or tourism management undergraduate/graduate students OR a be recent graduates who begin program within 12 months of the graduation date
• To apply for the Trainee program, applicants must have either a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary academic institution and at least 1 year of prior related work experience in the Hospitality/Tourism Management field acquired outside the United States OR 5+ years of experience in this field.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking skills)
• Must be friendly, outgoing, organized, self-reliant, efficient and have computer skills
