Responsibilities

• Create classes in USMS Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage and maintain name tents, documentation and administrative paperwork, associated with classes.
• Oversee and manage information packets.
• Update and maintain class folders and electronic records for accreditation.
• Review and analyze documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Create travel memos.
