Job summary

Dynamis, Inc. seeks an experienced Training Instructor/Facilitator to support the U.S. Marshals Service in delivering engaging, learner‑centered training programs that strengthen workforce knowledge and operational performance.

You will deliver classroom, virtual, and blended learning using government curricula and classroom materials. The role requires translating complex information into clear, practical instruction for diverse audiences, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or 10 years of directly related experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years using formal instructional techniques to deliver adult education or workforce training.
• Minimum of five (5) years delivering classroom, virtual instructor‑led, and/or blended learning programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, simulations, case studies, or microlearning activities.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex information to diverse adult learners.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, learner engagement strategies, and instructional facilitation.
• Experience delivering training with approved curricula, facilitator guides, and participant materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, virtual instructor‑led, and blended training using approved curricula and facilitator guides.
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, case studies, and interactive activities.
• Apply adult learning principles to engage learners of varied backgrounds.
