Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst I to support the United States Marshals Service (USMS), Prisoner Operations Division (POD). This role conducts program and financial analyses, evaluates budget requests and funding allocations, identifies operational and fiscal issues, and provides recommendations to support effective resource management and program operations.

A U.S. citizenship and background investigation are required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, compile, and analyze data needed to formulate budget requests and district allocations of the annual transportation funding that supports air and ground prisoner transportation
• Provide technical advice for the financial system transactions for the transportation and guard services sections
• Submit payment requests for USMS air operations flight hours for USMS prisoner transportation through Justice Prisoner Air Transportation System (JPATS)
• Update the Office of Transportation Services (OTS) financial Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) annually
• Track and maintain records of USMS air charter missions
