Job summary

Engineered Equipment Inc. in Oklahoma City seeks a Training Coordinator to develop and coordinate manufacturer and product training across the Sales, Service, and Parts teams.

You will build a proactive annual training calendar and partner with engineers, contractors, and architects to tailor curricula for our audience. You will also coordinate with Marketing on training materials and branding while providing general sales administration and office support as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree and/or 2 years of experience in training coordination, curriculum development, sales support, or a related administrative role; or 4 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering or Construction industry experience a plus.
• Comfortable presenting training to diverse audiences including sales, service, engineers, contractors, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Build and coordinate training across Sales, Service, and Parts to strengthen product knowledge.
• Maintain and manage the training calendar aligning events and schedules.
• Plan and coordinate Lunch & Learns and trainings with internal teams and manufacturers.
• Travel to customer, contractor, and manufacturer sites to coordinate and deliver training.
