Job summary

Engineered Equipment Inc. (EEI) seeks a Training Coordinator to build and coordinate manufacturer and product training across Sales, Service, and Parts teams in Oklahoma.

You will plan a proactive annual training calendar, work directly with engineers, contractors, and architects to tailor curricula, and coordinate with Marketing on materials and branding. You will also provide some general sales administration and office management duties as needed, ensuring a high-quality experience for

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent, plus 2 years in training coordination or related admin role.
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• HVAC/mechanical contracting/engineering or construction industry experience is a plus.
• Comfortable coordinating and presenting training to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for manufacturers and vendors, building relationships and tracking training opportunities.
• Maintain a training calendar aligning manufacturer and internal events for planning and minimal disruption.
• Plan and coordinate training across Sales, Service and Parts to strengthen product knowledge.
• Coordinate Lunch & Learns with the sales team, including scheduling, invites, catering and logistics.
• Partner with Service to plan technical training for technicians and coordinate with engineers and architects.
• Develop training curricula with engineers, contractors, and architects and align with Marketing on materials and branding.
