Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks a training professional to support onboarding and ongoing development for distribution center staff. You will learn multiple roles to roll out SOPs and ensure effective training completion, while maintaining comprehensive training documentation.

You will help sustain a positive work culture and safe environment, coordinate surveys and interviews for needs assessments, and utilize PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office to inform decisions. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years related experience or high school diploma with 5–7+ years related experience.
• Experience developing training materials and maintaining training records.
• Ability to conduct training needs assessments and surveys.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding and training and development of new hires by learning multiple jobs in the distribution center.
• Develops and maintains documentation training records to track training compliance and inform rounds and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Supports leaders in sustaining a positive work culture and safe, clean work environment.
• Coordinates surveys, interviews, and questionnaires for training needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Other duties as assigned.
