Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan daily manpower, lead shift meetings, and assign duties to ensure safety and productivity. You will monitor workflows, train staff on SOPs, and track performance metrics while handling additional projects as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, operational efficiency, and adherence to company policies within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5+ years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating safety and operational messages and addressing questions.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers to meet safety, service and productivity requirements.
• Manage work flows efficiently to support operations.
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

Associate's Degree

High School Diploma

3-5+ years warehouse experience

2-3+ years people leadership experience

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
