Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to build and deliver training programs for onboarding and development. You will craft engaging solutions for classroom, virtual, or online delivery and translate vision into effective instructional design aligned with business goals.

You will provide sales operation expertise on initiatives, drive performance, measure outcomes, and refine programs with leadership input. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years related experience is required.
• High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years specific experience is required.
• Master’s Degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver capability training programs including employee onboarding and development.
• Develop engaging learning solutions for classroom, virtual, or online delivery.
• Translate learning vision into instructional design that supports business goals.
• Provide sales and business subject matter expertise on key sales initiatives and launches.
• Drive sales volume, gross profit, availability and market share through training.
• Measure impact of training and advise leadership on optimization opportunities.
• Create reinforcement materials and follow-up to support adoption of concepts.
• Conduct capability assessments and surveys virtually or in the field.
• Communicate training plans effectively to frontline teams.
• Oversee Train-the-Trainer program development and delivery.
• Create exceptional learning experiences and develop people to their best.
• Travel up to 30%.
• Other projects or duties as assigned
