Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Training Specialist to support onboarding and development within our distribution centers. The role covers learning multiple jobs, SOP rollout, and training completion according to plan.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of related experience (or 5–7+ years with a HS diploma) and will coordinate training records, surveys, and training needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Onboarding and development experience in a DC/logistics setting.
• Ability to rollout SOPs and ensure training completion as planned.
• Experience with training records, roundtables and train-the-trainer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding and training across multiple DC roles to perform various functions.
• Develops and maintains training records and tracks compliance.
• Contributes to a positive work culture and safe, clean environment.
• Coordinates surveys, interviews, and questionnaires for needs assessments using PowerPoint, Excel and MS Office.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
