Job summary

Maryhurst is seeking a Training Coordinator to plan, develop, and conduct agency training, including New Employee Orientation, and other programs that promote staff development.

You will collaborate with agency leaders to maintain best-practice orientation for new staff and manage the training database, ensuring timely follow-up on quarterly training expectations. The role also involves planning internal/external trainings in Trauma Informed Care and related areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
• Be at least 24 years of age and able to perform on Safe Crisis Management (physical techniques).
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts new employee orientation.
• Collaborates with agency leaders to maintain an orientation program with best practices for training of new staff.
• Maintains Employee training database and tracks staff not meeting quarterly training expectations.
• Develops internal and external training on topics such as Trauma Informed Care or Trauma Resilient Communities.
