Job summary

On-Target Supplies & Logistics, Ltd. seeks an entrepreneurial Executive Director, Training & Workforce Development to lead ReadyToWork®. This builder role focuses on expanding workforce programs, growing trainee participation, and forming partnerships with employers and community stakeholders.

The role requires strategic, operational, and commercial leadership, with an emphasis on scalable systems, revenue growth, and sustainable funding for long-term geographic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in workforce development, education, or related field.
• Strong business development and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ReadyToWork strategic growth plan.
• Drive revenue growth and long-term financial sustainability.
• Expand trainee participation and workforce development impact.
• Identify new markets, programs, customers, and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain strategic employer and corporate partnerships.
• Lead grant and funding opportunities from development through execution.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets, revenue forecasts, and growth priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for revenue, participation, partnerships, funding, and program outcomes.
