Job summary

PRC Baker Places is seeking a Training Manager to lead onboarding, clinical readiness, safety, documentation, and competency-based training across the organization. The role requires partnering with senior management to ensure staff readiness and regulatory compliance.

The manager will supervise the Training Coordinator, develop curricula, track metrics, and coordinate with IT, Quality, and program leadership to sustain high-quality client care and staff support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Five years of training/workforce development experience.
• Three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency with LMS and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work with diverse populations in social rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate onboarding, compliance, and training programs.
• Develop curricula, materials, and competency assessments.
• Coordinate schedules, instructors, and resources.
• Report training completion and compliance metrics.
• Oversee onboarding and orientation beyond PX phases.
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation.
• Support leadership development and supervisory training.
• Promote agency mission and values in internal/external relations.
