Job summary

EmergencyMD is seeking a Manufacturing Training Manager to ignite operator readiness across our regulated production lines, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery in an AS9100D environment. You’ll set hands-on training strategy, standardize methods, and keep certification records audit-ready.

On the floor and in the training center you’ll coordinate multi-site OJTs, align content to customer requirements, track FPY, scrap, and cycle-time metrics, and partner with the LMS & Onboarding

Qualifications

• 5+ years in regulated manufacturing with leadership/training progression.
• Proven hands-on production coaching/instruction.
• Strong QMS discipline, documentation control, and risk-based thinking.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and controlled work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Scan training demand across Dickinson and Kerrville to assign live coaching.
• Track OJTs, readiness and certification outcomes; ensure LMS documentation traceability.
• Update Operations, Quality, Engineering and HR to stay audit-ready by day’s end.
