Job summary
Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Manager of Operational Training and Performance Support to lead training initiatives, onboarding, and workflow optimization across our outpatient clinics. You will partner with leaders to deliver engaging, practical trainings that reinforce standard workflows, systems, and patient-centered service expectations.
You will monitor training effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement with measurable goals.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional work experience in operations, training, or healthcare operations.
- Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience evaluating workflows, identifying gaps, and guiding process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, deliver, and reinforce structured training programs.
- Manage onboarding, refresher trainings, and workflow rollouts for leaders and teammates.
- Maintain training calendars, materials, and performance dashboards.
