Job summary

Accesspoint Ri is seeking a Training & Quality Assurance Manager in Cranston, RI. This role leads organization-wide training, workforce development, and regulatory compliance programs to ensure staff have the knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality services.

The position partners with leadership across departments to identify needs, develop innovative learning solutions, and maintain training records, licensing support, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• At least a bachelor's degree in a human services, education, or related field.
• Relevant master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years in training, workforce development, or related roles.
• Experience with licensing surveys, audits, or regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead organization-wide training and professional development programs.
• Develop onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, and competency-based learning.
• Create instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training and curricula.
• Build career pathways, apprenticeships, and workforce initiatives to grow staff.
• Ensure training aligns with Rhode Island regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
