JM Test Systems LLC is seeking a Training Manager to lead NFPA 70E training delivery, develop curricula, and manage client relationships. You will supervise Training Specialists and a coordinator, setting direction for programs and ensuring sessions meet evolving client needs.
You will also partner with Sales on proposals, deliver engaging sessions, and travel as needed to deliver high-quality training and grow the business. Experience as an electrician and instructor is required.
JM Test Systems provides calibration, test and measurement equipment, and technical services across multiple business segments and service locations. We help customers in industrial, energy, manufacturing, and other demanding environments keep critical instruments accurate, compliant, and ready to perform.
Electrical safety training only works when it's practical, accurate, and delivered by people who know the trade. As our Training Manager, you'll lead the team that brings NFPA 70E training to our customers and help grow that training business.
In this role, you will lead our NFPA 70E Training Specialists and Coordinator, set direction for the program, and make sure every session meets the evolving needs of our clients. You'll still spend time in front of a class, facilitating training and building curricula, and you'll partner with our sales team on proposals, presentations, and customer relationships that expand our reach.
You'll thrive here if you're an experienced electrician and instructor who enjoys leading people, knows NFPA 70E inside and out, and likes helping customers see the value of great training.
You’ll lead a program that makes workplaces safer, with the chance to shape its curriculum, develop its people, and grow its footprint. You’ll work closely with sales and leadership and have real ownership of how our training business grows.
