Job summary

JM Test Systems LLC is seeking a Training Manager to lead NFPA 70E training delivery, develop curricula, and manage client relationships. You will supervise Training Specialists and a coordinator, setting direction for programs and ensuring sessions meet evolving client needs.

You will also partner with Sales on proposals, deliver engaging sessions, and travel as needed to deliver high-quality training and grow the business. Experience as an electrician and instructor is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 10 years as a journey-level electrician or equivalent apprenticeship path.
• 5+ years as electrical apprenticeship instructor.
• Deep NFPA 70E knowledge with strong leadership and communication.
• Ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred: Associate's degree or technical trade and instructor training certification.
• Preferred: EPRI Level II Instrumentation Technician and EPRI Level II Test Administrator certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training team and set clear expectations.
• Develop trainers through coaching and performance assessments.
• Deliver client training sessions and coordinate schedules and resources.
• Own the curriculum aligned with NFPA70E and regulatory requirements.
• Grow the business by partnering with Sales on proposals and presentations.
• Build relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and partners.
