JM Test Systems seeks a Training Manager to lead NFPA 70E training for our customers, oversee the Training Specialists and Coordinator, and shape program direction.
You will facilitate sessions, develop curricula aligned with NFPA 70E and industry standards, and collaborate with Sales on proposals to expand our training footprint.
JM Test Systems provides calibration, test and measurement equipment, and technical services across multiple business segments and service locations. We help customers in industrial, energy, manufacturing, and other demanding environments keep critical instruments accurate, compliant, and ready to perform.
Electrical safety training only works when it's practical, accurate, and delivered by people who know the trade. As our Training Manager, you'll lead the team that brings NFPA 70E training to our customers and help grow that training business.
In this role, you will lead our NFPA 70E Training Specialists and Coordinator, set direction for the program, and make sure every session meets the evolving needs of our clients. You'll still spend time in front of a class, facilitating training and building curricula, and you'll partner with our sales team on proposals, presentations, and customerrelationships that expand our reach.
