Job summary

Amazon is seeking Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in fulfillment centers. You will lead trainings, communicate instructions, and motivate teams while ensuring safety and process compliance.

Role may include production duties such as picking/packing, receiving/stowing, and inventory accuracy. Strong emphasis on learning effectiveness and SOP updates across multiple production departments.

Qualifications

• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead trainings and/or start-of-shift meetings for groups of 20+ associates.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in at least two production departments and improve processes.
• Refine learning tools and techniques and apply learning to develop associates.
• Assist in measuring training effectiveness and update SOPs and SOP certification.
