Amazon is hiring Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in fulfilling orders in our fulfillment centers. Responsibilities include guiding teams, handling production tasks as needed, and ensuring inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe work environment.

Role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, standing long shifts, and a flexible schedule with overtime. Eligible for a $10,000 launch bonus, with standard payroll deductions and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Trainers communicate instructions to associates and motivate them.
• Perform production duties as needed: pick/pack, receive/stow, ensure inventory accuracy, unload/load trucks.
• Maintain safe work areas and follow safety protocols.
