Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sort Center Learning Trainer in Northborough, MA to partner with Operations Managers and Associates to improve long-term capabilities, measure production quality and apply learning tools that raise both quality and throughput.

The ideal candidate maintains expert knowledge in at least two production departments, develops and applies checklists and skill-building agreements, supports SOP updates and cross-training, and contributes to peak and non-peak training plans to keep

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Comfortable talking in front of a group as well as one-on-one with individuals.
• Provide and receive feedback effectively to improve performance.
• Use visuals to drive understanding and re-engage learners when needed.
• Meet time commitments and deadlines; stay goal oriented.
• Test for understanding and provide insights to area managers.
• Support peak and non-peak training plans and SOP updates.
