Job summary

You will design and deliver technical, safety, and leadership training; manage onboarding for hourly and salaried staff; oversee LMS platforms like Alchemy and Redzone; and partner with site leadership on succession planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs across the facility.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs including technical, safety, and leadership topics.
• Coach a team of hourly Training Technicians and provide performance feedback.
