Requires 1–3 years HR experience and a bachelor's degree.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 1-3 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of employee relations, performance management, staffing, leave administration, and employment practices.
• Experience conducting investigations and coaching leaders on people-related matters.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as resource for employees and leaders on workplace concerns, attendance, conduct, performance, and policies.
• Conduct workplace investigations; ensure issues are addressed fairly and timely.
• Coach leaders on performance management, documentation, and improvement plans.
• Partner with People & Culture to address complex employee relations issues and reduce risk.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
• Monitor key talent programs and ensure timely execution.
• Assist with workforce planning and internal career development.
• Support leadership capability-building to strengthen performance.
