Campbell’s in New Jersey seeks a Senior Manager to build and execute a comprehensive manufacturing capability and training program. You will create foundational training systems, qualification processes, and career paths to lift workforce readiness across the network.

The role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Food Safety, EH&S, and HR to ensure consistency and change leadership, driving a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in leadership, teaching, or training across learning and development.
• Experience building training and capability systems and working with multiple functions.
• Proven ability to lead change and develop scalable training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year manufacturing capability and workforce development strategy.
• Establish capability frameworks for frontline and technical roles across sites.
• Lead scalable training systems, governance, standards, and learning metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and HR to prioritize development.
