Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging in Memphis, TN is seeking a Training & Implementation Manager to lead the training and implementation efforts across the organization, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent operations.

You will oversee development and delivery of programs, support new tools and processes, and drive strategic initiatives to improve branch performance. Travel to branches may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• 5+ years in crane, rigging, heavy transport, construction, or related industry.
• Proven leadership, training, coaching, or implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Training & Implementation team, including trainers, administrators, and interns.
• Oversee development, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and operational training programs.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify training needs and support employee development.
• Support successful implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes.
