Job summary

Barnhart is seeking a Training & Implementation Manager to lead the training and implementation efforts across the organization, helping teams operate safely, efficiently, and consistently. This role oversees the development and delivery of training programs and supports the adoption of new tools and processes to improve branch performance.

Located in Memphis, TN, the role requires local residency or relocation with potential travel to branch locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in crane and rigging, heavy transport, construction, industrial services, or related industry.
• Proven leadership, training, coaching, or implementation experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and drive improvements.
• Working knowledge of business software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Training & Implementation team, including trainers, administrators, and interns.
• Oversee development, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and operational training programs.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify training needs and support employee development.
• Support the successful implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and operational processes.
• Measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage departmental resources, equipment, and budget responsibly.
• Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
